Early check-in and/or late check-out fee is ₱1,000 per hour, subject to availability.

All room rates come with free breakfast based on occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Pool Villas do not include breakfast.

Extra person/extra bed fee is ₱1,200 per head per night with free breakfast included. Kids age 5 and below can stay for FREE if using existing beds.

You can book and check availability online at our booking page. A 50% downpayment is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled upon check-in.

Yes! You may bring as much food and drinks as you want. Only alcoholic drinks have corkage fees:

Wine: ₱500 regular / ₱700 premium

Yes! Our Café + Bar is open to all check-in guests from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Last order for food is at 7:30 PM. We serve Breakfast, Main, and Bar menus. Only alcoholic drinks have corkage fees.

Casitas — Villa-type accommodations. We have 4 Casitas that can accommodate up to 20 pax (extra beds included). Every 2 Casitas share a kitchen and dining area.

Casa Grande — A 2-storey building with 3 bedrooms per floor (6 bedrooms total), accommodating up to 30 pax. Cuarto Uno, Dos & Tres are on the upper level. Cuarto Cuatro, Cinco & Seis are on the lower level. Each floor has a shared kitchen, dining area, and dedicated entrance from the road.

Forest Cabin — A tiny home tucked in the resort's forest greens. 1 queen bed, good for 2 people. Can fit 1 extra bed. Private bathroom and basic kitchen. Front porch perfect for chilling. No TV, no in-room WiFi (LTE signal is strong for Globe and Smart). We have 9 units.

Family Cabin — A larger 3-storey cabin with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds, good for 6 people. Balcony and front porch. 1 unit only.

The forest cabin area is just a 3-minute walk from the pools and café.

Via Private Car: Head to Tagaytay via Aguinaldo Highway, SLEX Carmona Exit, or CALAX Silang Exit. When you reach Acienda Designer Outlet (KM 48), turn left to Daang Balite Road. At the end of the road, turn right to Real Street. Continue straight for about 1.5KM. After the arch of Brgy. Mataas na Burol, we are the 5th gate on your right.

Via Public Transport: From PITX, ride a bus going to Tagaytay / Nasugbu / Alfonso. Alight at Acienda Designer Outlet. Ride a tricycle going to Brgy. Mataas na Burol across the street.
